Monday Munchies: Dr. McDougall’s Soup

Soup is a winter classic and while I love making my own soups, sometimes you just need something fast to warm and fill you up! Premade soups usually are loaded with sodium and additives, but this brand in particular makes great low sodium, whole food options. My favorites are Garden Vegetable, Lentil, and Butternut Squash Black Bean.
